I was told to increase my meals so i set my timer and eat every two hours to remind me to eat even when i'm not hungry i eat,and my scale started moving again, also you could be losing inches that will not show on the scale, the doctor told me to only

do my weight once a week.but it's hard lol..and drink, your water..and also i notice i was getting on my treadmill 4 days a week, and the scale would not move so i stop for while and it's moving, but i will start back soon..

Yep, gotta mix it up so your body doesn't start hording the fat/water thinking it's going into starvation mode.
