Ok so I've been on a si called stall for a week and im only 2wk 2 days post op. I haven't been drinking my protein and today I actually finished a whole cup and went to the bathroom and lost 5lbs omg TMI I know ...but I just realized how important it is to get those shakes down!!!

Trying to get in enough liquids and when you can, fiber bearing foods or benefiber can help immensely.

realized how important it is to get those shakes down!!!
