Here a new recipe for a nice little Stromboli cupcake. Preheat oven to 400. Take a muffin pan and spray 4 wells with pam. Take a Joseph's Flatbread (available at walmart) whichever flavor you like I use the multi-grain personally, using a pizza cutter cut it In four equal squares. Put 1 square in each muffin well. Put 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce I use the great value brand from walmart. Then some chopped mushroom. Then I takes a slice of 97% ham lunch meat, I use the great value brand that comes in the little plastic box, chop that up and distribute between the wells. Next 1 tablespoon each of shredded mozzarella cheese, I use great value from walmart. Finally, place 1 slice of turkey pepperoni on top of each, I use the bridgeford brand from Walmart. Place in oven for a couple minutes till the cheese just starts to melt and the flatbread starts to brown, pull out and fold the corners over the top of each one and push down it should hold in the cheese at this point, place back in oven for about 6 minutes or until flatbread looks done.
