My diet allows nuts at week four but says to wait until after week 7 for seeds. Ground seeds and nut butters are ok earlier, but whole seeds they say to wait until after 7 week.

I have had gound flax seeds since I was a couple weeks out mixed in my protein shakes. Never had BM trouble. I eat sunflower seeds all the time too... Since 2 months out. My commute is 70 minutes each way so something is a must

I am supposed to wait six months for nuts but I have tried dried soy which are crunch like nuts but full of protein. No issues.
