It Still Has Not Sunk In......

I had a appointment with my primary Dr. Today. She looked at me and said..... Do you realize you have just about lost 100 lbs already...... I still can not wrap my brain around this..... I could not be more happy.... Has anyone else had this experience..... Having a hard time wrapping your brain around something?
