weekly scale challenge

Happy Monday to all of you...

I want to start a scale challenge...this is for all of you (including myself ) that get on that scale more then once a week...

Today I have made the challenge to myself to only get on it every Monday morning..

As of this morning my weight is 229

This is a great way to not obsess with what the scale reads through out the week if I have some challengers to do it with me

Next weigh in Monday 7/27

Any takers??

2.25lbs loss f or me

Congrats ..Melissa way to go on your 5.5 lbs gone forever!

Greg and Betty..to me NO GAIN is a huge loss..glad to see neither one of you are discouraged. Best of luck to all of you in this coming week with all the goodies & food we will be facing! I'm making a mini goal this week for me of NO GAIN, I will not give into temptation, I will not give into temptation..I will not give into temptation, I will not give into temptation...... :nervous

Greg - Glad to hear you lost a pound. (Watch out for Becky, she is determined to get you)

Melissa - Great loss! 5.5# is a great loss

Michelle - 2.25# great loss, good to see you just keep losing and losing!

I lost almost all my "fluff weight" (Michelle's definition of the 6 pounds I gained on vacation) but I'm still up a pound. If I don't get on the ball, I may have no loss by my next weigh in.

Congrats to all of you losers, of weight that is!

Melissa! I love your avatar. You are so beautiful!

Betty, you have already lost so much! You are doing awesome!!!!

Wow, Melissa! That is fantastic! Feels good, doesn't it? :Bunny

Well, I dropped 2 pounds this week! Yahoo!

My doctor told me I need to eat less. :devious Since I can't go off Nexium he said I'm either eating too fast or too much or I'm too tight. He didn't remember that I have no fill. At least he is paying better attention. He will probably check things out later if it doesn't improve. For now it is fine as long as I stay on the meds. :D

I didn't post last week, I'd lost another 2 lbs (need to update my sig). Didn't lose anything this week tho. *kicks the scale*

:D

280/249(yay under 250!)/145

Well... Greg... we seem to be neck and neck with the one pound loss thang! I never thought I would be content with a slower weight-loss... but ya know what... I am. I would rather lose slowly and be less restricted for the time being. I know if I would hop back on the treadmill I would see bigger losses... but for now... my butt is stuck in front of the sewing machine. :D I am a nervous wreck... big family gathering at my house this Friday... quit smoking...again... AND... I attempted to highlight my own hair... LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. Wait... let me look at it again... YEP... it's that funny. :D

Congrats Michelle... Miss Becky Lynn...Pretty Marie... Miss Sarah... Mr. Greg and Sassy Lisa!

Hi folks,

I ussually wait till later in the week for my weigh in but since I just got a fill last wednesday I decided I wanted to see my progress early... I was so amazed and thrilled to see I had a 5.5 lb loss this week!!! I love my fill!!! I think that is more than I lost in the last 2 months combined. I haven't had any problems eating solids either. I just go much slower and eat way less. Teresa
