Most of its too high in carbs and the carb control stuff is yucky tasting IMO and pricey

    I IIII I I agree with the above post. Ensure drinks won't hurt you, but its better to go for protein shakes and GOOD vitamin supplements.

    My NUT and surgeon say to stay away from it. The purpose of Ensure is NOT for bariatric patients.
