What's for dinner tonight?

As I am just entering the pureed stage I tonight it might be fun and interesting to see what some other sleevers ate for dinner on any given night. So tell us where you're at in the process and what's for dinner!

I'll go first!

One week post op. Now in the pureed stage. Pureed mashed potatoes with ricotta seasoned with garlic, pepper, and seasoning salt.

I pureed refried black beans 1 avocado rotel salsa ff sour cream 1 big tablespoon of greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of corn. It made about 6 servings for me

I'm on soft foods. Tonight was 2.2 oz of pulled chicken in bbq sauce with one slice of ultra thin sliced colby cheese nuked until hot and melty. Tasty!

Tonight I was working out of town and went to a restaurant that I didn't know much about just to do something different. I had shrimp enchiladas, black beans and rice with cheese. It had a lot of cheese, a lot of flour tortilla and a lot of creamy sauce. Believe it or not ..I did NOT like it. It was flavorful and had a good taste, but there is no way I can tolerate much of that anymore and therefore do not crave it nor want to eat much of it at all. I had a few bites of the beans, ate the shrimp out of the tortillas (about 5 large shrimp), two bites of rice with cheese and was done. I won't be going back. Almsot everything on their menu was fried, cream sauce, butter, etc. Now a big, huge turn off. Next time I'll be going to more familiar places that have lighter and healthier menu options like japanese or vietnamese.

Iam 6 day post op and iam having 1 cup of Greek yogart with a table spoon of taco seasons mixed in. 9 days to go before puréed food. Already down 25lbs

Greek yogurt with taco seasoning is that good!
