Breakfast 2-3 eggs with low fat cheese or greek yogurt, or just a smoothie

lunch 4-6 ounces of either turkey chili, tuna, seafood salad all with light mayo grill chicken with veggies

dinner 4-6 ounces of fish salmon haddock scallops with a couple of steamed veggies.

I drink 80 ounces a Water a day and 1 16 ounce green tea daly

What type of exercise are you doing? I had my surgery on 1/4 and I have lost 35lbs. Its hard for me to drink 4 bottles of water

I am lucky if I aget 40oz of water in and I am 12weeks out, I walk and do some weights but mostly walking

I was sleeved the same day as you and I'm about 35 down - great job on the WL!!
