First Weigh In

So tomorrow will be my two week mark since surgery. My doctor requires that we go in for a check-up and do our first weight in. Does anyone know if there is an average amount you should have lost at this point or does it just vary according to the person/weight?

There isn't a set rate as we all lose different. I had lost 18 pounds at my 2 week appointment. Take whatever the scale says because it is a loss. You will do great!

Ditto what mrswhitty81 says, we are all unique individuals with different bodies, genetics, pre-surgical weights, and metabolisms. I am 13 days pot op and I have lost 16lbs. Don't worry be happy, you have taken steps to become a healthier you I am sure it will work out!!
