Got sick today

Ok it was the first time I threw up after being sleeved two weeks ago.I drank my protein shake and then later took my chewable vit and chewable calcium. Two min later I was getting I'll.Now the other day I took them just fine but I noticed when I took them last night I felt nauseous. make sure you have them with food. I was told to wait til puree stage before starting vitamins because of the nausea....good luck.

I was told not to take the multivitamin and the calcium at the same time. I was told to space them apart. Something about the calcium not being absorbed properly with the multivitamin.
