Water, water, water

I'm three weeks post op and just cleared for pureed stage yesterday, so at this point, I'm still sipping most of my calories through liquids. However, I can only get in 1 to 1.5 bottles of water a day. I feel like I sip all day long and it takes me 3-4 hours to finish one bottle. Any suggestions??
