So I went to look into taking Karate classes yesterday and they told me I could come in today for a free class to see if I like it. I'm a little worried that I'm not healed enough and should wait a week or 2. The class is 1 1/2 hours long. I sometimes having achy ab mussels when I go for walks or do the elliptical. My surgeon hasn't given me any restrictions, he leaves it up to me to decide when I'm ready to exercise and go back to work because I have a physical job. I have a hard time making myself walk for exercise it's to boring. My wife thinks I should go and do what I can, but I don't think I would be able to bail out halfway through. My chiropractor told me not to do it that I should focus on healing. I really want to go and feel like a quitter if I don't go but also know I can always go in a week or two. I would love to get some opinions on what you all think.
