Strong going in, strong coming out.

I started to workout hard about 3 mouths before my surgery, lifting a lot of weights and doing lots of cardio and I believe now 8 days post op its paying huge dividends. I feel great, no problem getting my liquid and Protein in. No pain what so ever, never filled my prescription for pain when I came home. I started walking about 4 hours after I was in my room and continued the next day walking the halls around and around, I brought my ear buds and music and walked for about 4 hours that first day maybe 15 or 20 minutes at a time. This helped me greatly and I hope it will help you.

totally agree that the exercise helped. I was walking prior to surgery and was up and about after the anesthesia wore off...that's the worse part. glad to hear you're having a smooth recovery!
