Period after Surgery

So question..the period the month after you had surgery was it on time or late or weird?

My period was due on Friday, and I have only been spotting without any glow..gross I know.

There is zero chance I am pregnant..my boyfriend is paranoid about ripping stitches and insists we wait.

It's been absolutely haywire since surgery. I actually started immediately after surgery, even though I wasn't supposed to for another 2 weeks. I've been super heavy, super light, and even had a two week run (let me tell you how fun THAT was) post-op. I suppose it will settle down after my weight loss slows up a bit.

I was sleeved 9/26/12 I had one mid Nov I have not had one again. Hubby is clipped and I have taken 5 test. Had test done on my hormones they are fine. I don't know wtf is up. I have a ultrasound for my uterus and ovaries tomorrow doc said has to be done.

This is totally normal. Your period will be out of whack for a while. 5 months though seems like a long time. Let us know how it goes!

I had my first period start right in the recovery room:( was very normal but a week early. I think the stress of surgery started it. I had my next one exactly on time, but noticed its very dark now for a few days, them turns more of the brighter red. Now I am just finishing my third period on time, but bleed pretty heavy for 4 days and still really dark. Mot sure why the. color change. But mostly normal and on time. I am 8 weeks post. Just hope I don't lose the hair..

Mine started the day after surgery. Lasted four days and stopped. Then a week later it started again. Sucks big time.

I started mine the morning of my surgery. The ones after that seemed to go smoothly and normally on time until 6 months out then they started coming farther apart and only last 1-2 days with really light bleeding. I have had blood prego tests done and other blood work. They say everything is normal.
