When are you allowed to have a spoonful of peanut butter? I'm 5 weeks post op!

    I think I was allowed to have it at the soft food stage (about 4 weeks out?).

    I think you should be good. I am only 2 weeks out and have had PB a couple of times. As long as you do the creamy.

    It's hard to say because every bariatric doctor has his own guidelines per his surgery.

    Did you get a booklet or any info to guide you?

    As far as my phases I was allowed regular food at week 7
