Three meals a day... No snacking!?

Was anyone else told to follow this for the long haul?

I was reviewing my bariatric surgery binder and noticed that stage IV (final stage) states to eat three meals a day, spaced out 3-4 hours from each other, without snacking in between.

I'm sure it's the old fat girl in me that finds this to sounds difficult. Are you guys able to carry on throughout your day without having food outside of your three standard meals? (When I say Snacks, I don't mean chips and candy... I mean nuts or cheese...)

I hate to point it out ladies, but normally when there's a cranky pants in the room it's normally a gal from the States :P;)

Just saying, not like us laid back Aussies ........

Night and good bye. I'm done with the boards and the cliches that came with it. I just thought someone should call it like it is. You guys obviously dominate the boards and intimidate and brow beat till everyone see's you way. So have fun.

Please do not post anymore aggressive statements. You are always welcome to start new threads if you are ever offended by something.

The ppl here do not intend to offend, and I don't believe you do either as I've read all your previous posts from other conversations on this board, but you appear to have become more aggressive and frustrated over the course of the evening for some reason.

Start a new thread and just ignore those comments that you feel are off course or however you choose to reference them.

Kind regards

dean you take that back and your dang hug buster :D
