How will i know?

How will I know if my sleeve doesn't like something I eat? Not really sure what to expect.

Most of the time, my stomach calls the waiter over and sends it back to the cook! :P

Other times, it gurgles, causes little burps and sometimes makes me feel quezy.

You will know! I had my first "awkward" moment when I ate tunafish in front of a collegue . Within two minutes my mouth was watering and my stomach wrenching, I had no contl and ended up getting sick in the sink ( foamy mucus) it was plain nasty.... Remember to eat slow and take your time. This is a learning experience! I think I have ruined myself with tunafish for life however ..LOL :)

I can't eat yogurt. I've tried and as soon as the first spoonful hits my stomach I get a really sick feeling like I need to throw up. I didn't but I sure wanted to. It lets me know pretty quick.

I agree with the other- you will know. We all have different experiences, but the bottom line is that when something goes down wrong, your body will let you know! I'm early out, but it gets better every day, and I love it!

Thank you all! Has anyone had trouble with the unflavored protein mix. I have tried adding to soup and it seems to alter the flavor and I can't stomach it.

I use the Unjury unflavored but I have only added it to cold beverages. Had a bad experience with protein curdling in hot beverages. Unjury is pretty flavorless and I can tolerate it at 30 days post op.
