My beginning weight 337 hbu? & thank you <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I started at 232.

Tomorrow is my 6 week mark, had my check up today and Im down 40lbs from my highest. Its a good start.

Does anybody have any tips on how to get their liquids in? That's the part that kills me... I was never a drinker before my sleeve I would literally chug a bottle of water when I realized I hadn't drank anything all day. Needless to say I can't do that anymore but I still forget to drink.

That's something I discussed with my surgeon today since I'm chronically dehydrated. He said to sip all day and always keep a bottle of water with me. I asked if I could use a straw and he said if I think it will help then to go for it.

I am out post op 6 weeks everything is normal BUT I am getting dizzy spells every day I feel like someone sucked all energy from me It happens couple of times a day I even fell a couple of times but luckily I was not hurt. I went to my surgeon they diagnosed that my sleeve was too tight in the middle they fixed it with balloon but I am still feeling the same way I have been taking all my medicines on time got my blood work done which came normal my surgeon is very confused they checked me for dehydration but tests came normal a couple of times I had to pull over so that I can close my eyes and sleep.Once I feel weak I close my eyes and go to sleep for any where from 45 mins to 2 hrs while I have my spell I can't even move no strength at all and then wake up normal. Please help.

Check blood pressure and blood sugar at home. Meds will need adjusting at you lose.

Are you on a B12? I know that if I don't take mine I am just plain whipped.
