Any tips

Hi guys any tips of how to stay sain while doing the pre diet. A month seems so far away to be doing this. Any food tips ? I Han have shakes and. Then a few things on my list and a few fonts one my list . Basically grilled chicken or grilled fish ,veg or salad... But it's expensive to be buying salad everyday since it goes yuk quickly.

Just wondering if anyone had quick simple

Ideas when it came to there one small dinner a day. Don't get me wrong I'm so happy and excited but the waiting its just long when it's a month of this

I guess I'm lucky, my pre-op diet was only 7 days. When I wasn't drinking the low carb shakes, I was eating grilled pork tenderloin with Adobo seasoning. I was getting it at Sam's Club for $2 a pound and grilled it on my George Foreman grill.

Before surgery, I would buy the pre-chopped lettuce in bags, they seem to last about 4 days before going brown.

Hey, how about frozened/canned green leafy vegetables? It doesn't have to be a salad.
