Question about Positive side effects

I know a lot of you have reported that you no longer need to take Blood pressure and Lipid meds. Most report higher energy. Some of you have claimed sleep apnea has gone away etc...

What other positive changes you have seen after VSG like skin conditions, Knees, Back etc....???

I am one of the ones whose sleep apnea disappeared 8 days after surgery. My machine is now packed away in the closet. I plan to donate it. My skin has also totally cleared up. I transitioned from teen acne to adult acne and thought I would die with acne. I feel more clear headed and energetic and I have only lost 34 pounds - 16 pre-op and 18 post-op. I think clearing all the sugar and caffeine from my body was a huge thing.

I LOVE this thread!!! Whenever I get bad cravings on the pre-op liquid diet I'm on for 2 weeks, info like this is a Godsend.
