Hi there, I'm a newbie as well and have my surgery in Australia on 3/08/13. Just started the no fat liquid diet. Finding ok as I'm doing night duty. Good luck with your surgery. Ill let you know how I go. Cheers Aussie

I just found this site yesterday. I think its amazing. My surgery is scheduled for 3/2013
