For those of you using Ready 4 A Change, how quickly did you find R4AC/Alma responded to email or phone messages? Last night Alma said she had emailed my medical questionaire and information to me but I still have not received it (and I checked my spam folder). I used the email "contact@readyforachange.com" (from the website) to let her know and still have not heard back...is this normal? Everyone has raved about how quickly they get responses...BTW, I cannot call during most business hours, we have an "open office" environment so everyone can hear my conversations, yuk!

Try alma@Ready4Achange.com she always emails me back right away. The longest I ever waited was about 4 hours and she apologized. She e-mailed me back within 20 minutes today from this email address so give it a try.

Alma does reply incredibly quick my guess is you and or she have email addresses incorrect. Try again she is ridiculously quick in email responses

alma is stupid fast! If I email her, even after hours at her work email, I still know to just wait about 20 minutes and I'll have my answer. It's like she's super human.

I do know that she was very busy yesterday.

I've heard that its even faster when you call, but I don't really know about hat as I'm not much if a phone person.
