Has anyone else had problems with UHC? I had to appeal twice but won. They are so unorganized and rigid.

    Glad you got the approval! Persistence pays off! I don't have UHC, but Kaiser. I have the 6 month program and I did everything they asked and got approved with flying colors.

    I think it depends on the underwriter or your employees limits. I have UHC and in my plan, it took two days to get approved
