WOOHOO!

this morning i weighed in at 180! that makes my loss a total of 40lbs since dec 18!!! i keep thinking that the loss is going too slow but either way it is still 40lbs more than i would have lost if i hadn't had the surgery!

you are doing wonderful

you started out with a lower BMI - less weight to lose (not minimizing what you have to loose)

yes you are right, that the weight loss "might" start to slow down

its good that you are aware of that - slow and steady wins the race? :)

that being said, who knows - your weight loss might steadily go down - lets not look B) for trouble - you are doing grrrrrrrrreat :)

keep up the good job :)

congrats

Absolutely fantastic weight loss since December, you should be proud!!
