My first 5k!

I ran my first 5k race and finished 119th out of 710 racers.Finished 3.1 miles in 29 minutes.To date in one year after my surgery I've lost 184lbs and i feel great!

That's so cool! You look awesome! That's one of my dreams, to run a marathon. My husband runs them and I so very much want to run one with him. Congratulations!!

That is so wonderful!!! Doing a fun run is on the top of my to do list and work my way into larger runs. I am only 3 days post surgery so I have a while still. For now I can cheer on everyone else!!! Congratulations
