5:13 Mexico time. Laying in bed. Cant believe this is over and my journey is into the next step. Day 2 post op

Day after surgery was VERY nauseas all day. Determined it was from pain med. went for leak tests- no leaks!! Dr said everything went well.

Was given lime sherbet - was nice to feel something cordon my lips. Being discharged today and back to the condo to rest until we fly home Wednesday. Praying for a speedy recovery.

Hey mimistar. It is beautiful! The hospital is like a resort. You will love the nurses- friendly, helpful, caring. I put a translator app on my iPad so tat helped communicate with them. Dr Castaneda is wonderful!!!! We were discharged today now at the condo resting and healing until we fly home Wednesday.
