question please help

So night before bed a was drinking some water and and was talking with my husband and I drake the full 6oz of water in like 3 mins. I now feel very uncomfortable I can hear my tummy make noise, I'm 1 week post op. Did I hurt my sleeve? Do you think I streached my sleeve?

You may have drank too fast and now have air in your sleeve. Try gas x.

I have heard that it takes constant abuse to stretch the sleeve. Remember the stretchy part was removed :) I believe the dietary restrictions are given to us to make sure we can tolerate the food we eat. The last thing the docs want us to do is throw up the 500-600 calories we manage to get in. I think you are just fine....but don't do it again :)
