Half way there!

This morning the scale showed me I was half way to my goal mark!

I'm so happy. The sleeve is the best thing I could have done. I'm about 3.5 months out.

    congratulations! I love seeing posts like this - gives me encouragement. I am 7 weeks out and down a total of 39 pounds (30 since surgery). I have 68 pounds to go and I'll get there. Slow and steady :)

    3 months 10 days post op. lost 55 lbs. 22 lbs more to lose. In no hurry. No problems/ complications any time except mild dehydration once. Daily about 400-500 ml Fresh coconut juice helped immensely to remain hydrated.
