calories on liquid phase

How many calories are you having in the liquid phase daily? My instructions were not to count but consume what I could. I am using fitness pal and I am having 350-500 a day and exercising every other day. This evening was the first time I felt nasuas from not eating. It came on so fast. I had a protien drink and felt a little better. I see my doc tomorrow for my one week check in. Am I consuming to little?

I was told to get in between 600-800 calaries a day. Honestly it was hard to reach 450 most days while on liquids post op. I am four weeks out and try to keep around 600 to 700. Good luck

Thank you for letting me know. I am curious to hear what he has to say today.

I was told to focus on getting my protein and fluids in and not to worry about calories during the liquid phase.

Just came back from doc and he said to get my protein up to 80 grams. To have another protein drink rather then greek yogurt Also that the first 2 weeks are so important to follow because if you try to advance to soon to normal food, the food could go through the staples.
