Worried about the craziest things

Ok so I was sleeved right at one week ago. I'm so pleased with the results but today I realized that Even though I'm losing weight and its exactly what I wanted, nothing prepared me for the changes I'd see in my face. The changes aren't bad (no wrinkles, sags or bags) but I look different.

That's great for 1 week out. I always lose weight in my face first. Hopefully the double chin!!!!

I think that anxiety is a natural side effect to the body being starved. your brain is yelling at you to go hunt and gather and find more food because youare metabolizing yourself. It would make sense that you might find weird things that give that zing of anxiety because you are primed for it . I am worried about that after surgery for myself. My plan is to try to move/exercise more that seems to help anxiety
