I have hit my 5th stall since my surgery in May 2012. I usually do a 3-day liquid diet. I also drink lemon water daily-regardless if i'm at a stall or not. It gets your metabolism going for the day. Try it! It might work for you as well. Good luck!

I will definitely try that. Thank you. How long did your stall usually last?

55 in liquid protein and maybe 25-35 with food

Try to up your protein if possible I am at 90-100g per day, under 600 cal and keep my carbs under 10g per day. It broke my stall immediately. Make sure you get 64 oz of water to flush it all out.
