2 week liquid diet

Monday I start my liquid diet. My gastric sleeve is on Feb 18. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get through the next 2 weeks?

Chicken broth... warm tea trick your tummy into thinking you're eating after the broth I eat jello tends to feel the space when my tummy grumbles. The headaches do go away even. After the first few days you can do it. I cheated the first day had a piece of chicken for dinner but the next day I made it through. I was also an emotional wreck the first few days. I have two kids and two adults I have to cook for and food is present daily. It is hard but you can do it best of luck y'all

I started my 2 week pre-op THIS Monday. Day four and I'm doing just fine. I have an Unjury shake for breakfast, a pre-made protien shake @ 10am and then an Unjury for lunch. Then for dinner I've had Tomato soup mixed with skim or cream of chicken. No headaches, no hunger. So far so good!

Get some sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles. I know it's hard, but you both can do it! Good luck!
