Sleeve date: 8/28

Sleeve weight: Pre-op 282, Day of surgery 271

Total weight loss: 81 pounds

What you are eating/drinking/how much /how often: 65-75 protein/45oz water.

I think my weight loss has slowed down because of my low water intake, I'm trying to do better. I normally eat 5-6 small meals per day.

What do you feel emotionally/physically: I honestly don't know how I feel. Some days I feel sad because I'm an emotional eater, and I haven't figured out a way to deal with the emotions. Physically, I still suffer from being very tired, so I don't know if it's because of working two jobs or lack of nutritional support.

Amy problems/changes/misc: I had a really rough patch from Thanksgiving till the beginning of Jan. where I ate horrible stuff like chips, cookies, and ice cream every couple of days. I managed to get back on track but it cost me a lot of lost time, I feel like I could have lost 15 more pounds during that time. Also, I stopped exercising because I'm always so tired. I promised myself that I would make it my goal for Feb. to start out at 3x a week again. How is everyone else doing?
