I've lived with a slight underlying nausea since a few weeks after surgery. Especially when I drink water or any clear liquid. I was not able to get enough water in because it was making me queasy.
I skipped my vitamins yesterday (by accident) and realized today that I did not feel as nauseous all day yesterday. The only thing I could think of that was different was the fact that I missed my vitamins.
I skipped it today on purpose to see if I was still nausea free.... today was even better than yesterday, almost no nausea or queasiness. Of course the real test will be when I take my vitamin tomorrow --- if I'm queasy then of course it's a fluke.
I know vitamins cause nausea but I guess I didn't think it could linger all day/evening. I did some surfing and it seems like yes, vitamins can cause a constant queasiness.
Some suggestions were
Take vitamins before bedtime
Split vitamin in two doses
Try another brand of vitamin
Just wanted to share in case anyone is having the same issue.
