I hate getting to those pauses in the weight loss...Im down 42 pounds...2 months is February 6th

Its like playing chess, your body makes a move, and you have to make another move. Sucks, but eventually you will learn when the stalls start to happen, what move you have to make. I'm still learning as they aren't the same now, as they were when I was doing this the old fashioned way. Hang in there, keep ya eye on the prize, the scale will move. Don't for get to take measurements, as I would wager that you are really losing inches even if the scale isn't moving in your direction.

I noticed that during a pause in wt. loss my clothes still got loose. It's something else to encourage you during a pause in weight loss...
