Recipe

Here is a recipe that one of my fellow WLS friends made last nite.....it is WLS friendly....enjoy!!!!

Tuna Cakes

You need:

- 1 can albacore tuna in olive oil

- 1 egg

- 1/4 c reduced fat shredded cheese

- 4 crushed up popped rice cakes cheddar cheese

Mix it all together & form 2 tuna cakes

Spray pan w/ Pam and fry until crispy. I started on high heat and flipped them every few minutes for about 8 minutes & reduced heat a bit with every couple of flips. Ended on low heat.

Super yummy, crispy & filling.

Serving is 1 Tuna Cake @ 205 cal / 20 pro

* makes 2

Ahh ok cool, I'm going to make this when I'm allowed too, not for a few more weeks. I think my boyfriend would like it too but he isn't sleeved and would probably eat 4 hahaha
