  10. What are some things that you have done post op when you had a weight stall?......Also to my ladies that are top heavy how has the weight loss done to that area...what kind of exercises do you do to help in the area. and when you started losing weight did they feel extra heavy......what did you use to workout in to help them to be bound down......lol ....I really need help in this area because I am wearing my bras and are starting to ruining them and i dont want to buy any because i know that i am losing inches in this area and my surgery will be in April.... Also, anyone with big thighs...what have you done to slim them down and firm them up, how did they change after surgery
  11. yes ....i am working out and i have lost 21 pounds so far....I was just curious to how people have done post surgery if they worked out preop.....i was told to just lose 10 pounds and start changing the way i eat.....working out was not required (at least not specified) but of course you know you have too....
  12. did any of you start working out prior to having surgery......if so how did it help you after you had surgery, was it easier to drop weight, was it dropping faster, was the loose skin worse or better than what it would have been with you working out prior.....
  13. I had mines done a week ago and got the results back and i have a mild cause of gastritis. I was nervous at first but all was fine. had no clue what had happen at all. It is best to get done so that you will know what is going on inside of you.....i do agree to think of it as a safety procedure so it want be any surprise during surgery....Good luck
  14. You want feel a thing....I had mine and I didnt even know what had happened. I prayed before going in and all was well.....Good Luck to you and it will be just fine
  15. I have the CPAP machine and it does take time to get use to. However, I am not allowed to have surgery wihtout have used the machine for five hours for two weeks. So that is something else that you may need to consider. The reason behind it is because people were having a hard time waking up from anesthesia. I have noticed that I am well rested when i get up in the morning and I dont have the headaches that I use to have when i wake up....but I guess to each its own and what your insurance or surgeon is saying...best of luck
  16. that is cool..tell him he is only allowed two.....just joking...lol
  17. Pam is the cooking spray in the can........i thought it would be good to share it
  18. Here is a recipe that one of my fellow WLS friends made last nite.....it is WLS friendly....enjoy!!!! Tuna Cakes You need: - 1 can albacore tuna in olive oil - 1 egg - 1/4 c reduced fat shredded cheese - 4 crushed up popped rice cakes cheddar cheese Mix it all together & form 2 tuna cakes Spray pan w/ Pam and fry until crispy. I started on high heat and flipped them every few minutes for about 8 minutes & reduced heat a bit with every couple of flips. Ended on low heat. Super yummy, crispy & filling. Serving is 1 Tuna Cake @ 205 cal / 20 pro * makes 2 By: BandedWendy

  23. That is not legit. Nobody shows up or even replies to anything. I left a message and told them that it is ridiculous to say that you have this group and never get any support at all....Don't even bother with that, a waste of time.
