My short term goals were simple I just wanted to be able to get up and walk around first the next was to stick with the diet that was placed in front of me (i.e. following each phase correctly).

Long term goal was and still is to stay active and maintain my weight loss. How I do that is buy committing to cardio 3X per week and strength training 2X per week and be mindful of what I put in my mouth.

I wanted to be able to get up off of the floor in a smooth, graceful process. That whole getting to the knees, grunting and gasping was just embarrassing.

I figured if I could get past that, everything else would fall into place.

I just wanted to stop the damn sweating and panting all the time.

Mission accomplished.
