3 Months Today!

Has been 3 months from 10/23/12, my day of surgery, seems like a life time ago.

Preop: 220. Day of surgery: 202. Today: 171. That's 49 pounds gone so far.

Overall feeling good, sometimes a bit discomfort when I eat but just for a few seconds then it passes. Wish I could do better with the protein intake and tracking my food but I'm ok.

The weight is coming off slow these last few weeks, but still it's going down so I'm happy.

Good luck to all of us in this journey....
