Pre-Surgery Shakes

Hello Everyone - My surgery is scheduled for 01/29 and I've started thepre-surgery shakes. 3 a day!!

I was wondering if there was anyone else on the shakes. I'm using the Biatric Advantage brand and originally got Stawberry and chocolate. I found the strawberry to be horribly disgusting. The other flavors is banana, vanilla and Orange Creme. Is there anyone else out there on the shakes and which ones doe you prefer?

      I tried the Bariatric Advantage, they are vile! The chocolate was the best of the bad lot.... Try Unjury, they taste so much better. The Chocolate splendor actually tastes like chocolate not chemicals

    the premier rtd shakes are very good. you can buy a large quantity at sams for $16. I wanna say 12 maybe... anyways they have 30 grams.of protien... 160 cals .. and I think o.lying 6 grams carbs. I really do recommend these. ima stock up soon my surgery is feb 26th

    I ordered a bunch of individual servings of shakes from netrition.com and bariatric pantry. I have been trying one a day to see what I like and dont like so I dont waste money. So far the best is matrix and synthra 6 vanilla. Unjury I found undrinkable. My surgery is in 11 days so hopefully I will find something I really wont mind drinking.
