I had my surgery in January . So I'm almost 4 weeks out

I'm from MD, closer to the city i.e. DC. I had my surgery at Washington Hospital Center.

Dr Barry Greene in Rockville! Truly amazing doctor and support team!

I am a patient of Dr. Alex Gandsas in Annapolis. He is new to this hospital but is a very experienced Bariatrics surgeon from New Jersey! I like him!! I am scheduled to be sleeved at the end of march! Are their any sleeve support groups that meet monthly in Maryland?

I live in Annapolis but had my surgery done at GBMC in Towson by Dr Moen, on 2/5...

Tabbak, I work at AAMC and Dr Gandsas' patients come to the floor I work on post op he is an amazing doctor...

I am so glad to hear that Kelly. I have already run into several AaMC employees who have been banded by him. I think that is very reassuring that those who work the closest with him and know him the best are trusting him to do this surgery! That is a great reference for a doctor!!

I unfortunately did not get sleeved by him (because of my insurance) but many nurses have, I've have talked to him in detail about my journey and he is just amazing....
