  1. I feel like I'm stuck. I'm at 8 wks and I don't feel like I've lost any weight in the past 2 wks, I go to the gym 3 times a wk and walk 2 times a wk. I eat what I'm supposed to, it's so frustrating. I'm going crazy. Anyone else have this problem?

  5. I live in Delaware but went to university of maryland !
  6. Body fortress at Walmart isn't bad they even have a cookies and cream & peanut butter chocolate. I use light vanilla soy milk with it.

  8. I had that problem but I wasn't eating enough protein. Now I go like every three days.

  11. I went to Dr Katherine Lamond at University of Maryland.
  12. I had a hard time finding a protein shake I liked. I did strawberry with vanilla soy milk. That tasted good for a while then it started to make me gag. I bought some unflavored protein powder to add to soups, but it makes it clumpy. I do like adding it to pudding. ????
