I am currently in a stall - 4 weeks. I thought that I had broken it but that was just a fluke. Just trying to be patient! BTW...I was sleeved 9/24/12 and am down 45 lbs.

I was in stall for 11 weeks. I finally think I may have broken it by decreasing my carbs. I have lost 14 lbs since December by decrease carbs and increasing water. hope it's gone for awhile.

I only had one week when I didn't show any loss, up until I was within a couple pounds of goal and I started to ramp up the calories to ease into my goal range (and the holidays kinda helped with that, too!)
