Hi, can anyone recommend some good books to read or websites that will help me get prepared mentally for the gastric sleeve? I'm so afraid of gaining the weight back. I have lost and gained back weight so many times in the past.

    I also recommend "The End Of Overeating" and "Why We Get Fat". They have nothing to do with being sleeved, but are focused on nutrition and ending bad eating habits...which are paramount to being a successful sleeve patient.
