I use My Fitness Pal, tracks all nutrients, exercise, calories - its awesome!!!

My fitness pal. It will track anything you eat. Just scan the barcode and tells you what you have daily like reading a food label its awesome.

yes it will, it will track whatever you tell it..............log on and check it out

I scan everything! You click daily and it literally looks like the nutritional info label on food.

I use fitness pal too. I put it on my iPad. It works great!

I use my fitness pal too. It will track your protein, your carbs, your sodium, calories etc. I love the scan feature where you can scan bar codes. I love the app!

It should track the protein even if you are picking the foods from the lists. But the problem is the app on the phone doesn't seem to show all the info, but if you log on to the computer you will see all the info.
