How far are you out?

I have had Peanut Butter on whole grain crackers and no problems- I am 4 weeks out today.

I just tried it today with an apple and I felt like I was going to die

It may not have been the Peanut Butter... I cannot tolerate raw fruits n veggies yet

Skin the apple and chew well next time
