Feel so good about my after picture! I still need to loose 35 more. (hopefully, but at least 25) I am 3 months and almost 3 weeks post op. Not looking forward to summer clothes though. My arms are so baggy.

You look beautiful. Even your smile seems different. Your arms look fine in this pic but I know what you mean. Have you tried any intense arm workouts. Ive found lots on pinterest

I have exercise bands but I've got tendinitis in my left elbow and since we can't take anti inflammatory I'm kinda screwed. Doc said wait until it settles down but it's been over a month. Going to have to suck it up and just work through it. (Actually been bothering me for about 3 months)
