It only took 4 days till the pulling pain in the main incision was gone. Call your dr.

Hey Aaron, you're not alone. 2 weeks out I was still pretty sore too. It's usually different for some than it of for others. At two Weeks I still needed help getting out of bed if I ended up on my back. Just take it easy and relax a bit. Don't try to over do it by lifting too much, and most importantly, walk.... Walk and keep walking. Hope this helps you out.

Thanks I was getting kind of worried I get a pulling pain sometimes while bending someways and coughing and sneezing is painful

I was tender in the main incision area up till 4.5 weeks. This week is the first week I was able to put my jeans on. Now I am 6 weeks out and totally pain free. Like Trinity said, take it easy and walk a lot. It will ease up and then there's no stopping you. Best of luck in your journey.

I feel like its either hit for miss , I can walk up to 3 miles go all day with no pain lay down in bed move one way and feel a spike of pain I'm getting so frustrated

For me I felt like I could feel right where the internal stitches were and when I turned wrong it pulled the stitches and that in turn hurt like the burgers.
