Hot sauce and jalapenos

What do you think about eating them?

Irritation? Heart burn?

I really want hot sauce

I've had hot sauce ( on my eggs and such) no problems..

But I would say maybe try just a tad at first and see how it treats you :)

Love 'em. Eat them every chance I can. Only food I don't throw them into is my protien shake. :) But early on my new tummy was sensitive it was unable to take the spice like it used too. Slowly it accepted more and more heat/spice.

Slow and sure. Good luck!

Cheddar cheese slice with a jalapeno on top!! Favorite snack yummy

Love hot foods and I can still eat most things, but I might not be able to tolerate the high Scoville scale heat items because you need something to wash away that throat heat. Lol

Hehe have to have some milk for those things!!

Ha, I was putting sriracha in my chicken broth the day after I got home! It didn't bother me in the least.

Love spicy things :D
